Personal Career
He received the B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, in 1996, 1998 and 2000, respectively. Since April 2000, he has been with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mie University, Tsu, Japan, where he is currently an Associate Professor. In 2013, he was a visiting scholar of Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL).
